Collective Action for Collective Impact: Mobilizing Beyond Traditional HIV Stakeholders: This presentation will explore how expanding engagement beyond traditional HIV stakeholders, by mobilizing grassroots leaders, faith communities, businesses, artists, advocates, and other nontraditional partners, can build a broader movement for change. It will examine how aligning goals, leverage collective strengths, and establish shared measures of success can maximize impact across organizations, sectors, and communities, and how authentic partnerships built on trust, communication, and complementary expertise can accelerate innovation, eliminate duplication, and amplify collective outcomes.
