Ms. Cecelia have been a volunteer at KC Care Health Center for 13 years with NO PAY. She exemplifies community help. SHE HELPS WITH OUR PROCESS OF IDENTIFYING THOSE WHO HAVE MISSED THEIR MEDICAL AAPPOINTMNET, SHE IS THE VOICE OF THE CENTER. Most of the clients hear Ms. Cecelia voice the first thing in the ,morning . She attends all the team building, she has been the Chair of our Kansas City Planning Council. She goes out of her way to help others she posses so much poise and truth. She attends and invites her peers to groups. She plays an intricate part of our Peer team here at KC Care. She will be retiring this year and we as a team felt it would only be right to recognize her before she parts. We are blessed to call her our friend, colleague and volunteer,
