Kneeshe Parkinson has graciously served the St. Louis Missouri and global communities for two decades and am proud to have emerged as an expert in HIV/AIDS, women's health, and youth education and advocacy, healthcare and the social services industry. Kneeshe has a long-standing history of providing knowledge, resources, and safe spaces for the community. Kneeshe Parkinson is the Founder of (R.I.S.E IMPACT) Rejuvenate Influence Self Elevate through IMPACT. She created R.IS.E. Impact in the response to the psychosocial service need for low- income, poverty-level and minority families and individual seeking resources and assistance. Kneeshe's contribution an services to the community have built a lasting impact on families. Kneeshe has embarked on emerging changing the narrative women, children, youth and families.
