DeKeitra Griffin has been a tremendous contributor to educating and assisting others within our homeless, sex workers, BIPOC, HIV, substance abuse and LGBTQIA+ communities within our local area. DeKeitra encompasses all the values of a great leader and advocate with attributes such as, compassion, passionate, brave, uplifting, and trustworthiness. DeKeitra’s enthusiasm to help give back and to be a leader in communities, not just locally but abroad, is well needed for vulnerable populations. Within the past few years, DeKeitra has mentored and developed countless people into honing their leadership skills and becoming affluent contributors to those within our high-risk populations locally. I am pleased to know that he is following his dreams in what he has envisioned himself to do.
